Can I modify or adjust my order?

No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes after it has been placed.

What payment options do you accept?

Our checkout system accepts all major credit cards and PayPal as payment options.

I was sent the wrong t-shirt or I was sent a defective t-shirt, what do I do?
If you received the wrong t-shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at contact@gifted-seed.com with your order number and details on what we did wrong, and we will take care of it for you.
 
 How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at contact@gifted-seed.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

 

Can I add to an order after it has been placed?

We cannot add items to an order after it has been placed. If you need to add items to an order, please request a cancellation or contact us and we can assist you in cancelling the order.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

If you're ordering a ridiculous amount of gear, contact us at contact@gifted-seed.com and we may be able to work something out. 😉

 
Do you ship internationally?
No. We just shipped within United States only.
 
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
 
How do I track my package?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. Please check your "Order has shipped" email. 
 
 Will I be issued a refund?
Yes, we will issue refunds for returned items postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.
